A dark and gritty Memphis trap bounce track at 150
How this trap track was made.
“A dark and gritty Memphis trap bounce track at 150” is an AI-generated Trap instrumental, 1:16 long. It was created in Octa from one short text description: the arrangement, instruments, mix and cover art were all generated from that idea, then published by @davidg8997 to the Octa community in July 2026.
Listen for the 808 sliding between notes under the kick and the hi-hats rolling in triplets; the melody stays sparse so the low end can carry the song.
The prompt behind it
“A dark and gritty Memphis trap bounce track at 150 BPM. Featuring booming 808 basslines, sharp hard-hitting snares, and hypnotic phonk-style cowbells. The atmosphere is heavy, tense, and energetic, reminiscent of classic Juicy J production with lo-fi vinyl textures, repetitive vocal chops, and a menacing, sinister late-night club mood., Hip Hop, Dark”
