I don suffer for street, nobody know my pain,
Many nights I dey think, when go better again?
No money for pocket, but I still hold my dream,
Baba God dey guide me, even when e hard to breathe.

I don see bad days, I don see lonely nights,
I smile for people, but they don't know the fight,
I look up to the sky and I ask Baba God,
“Why this road so hard? When my own time go come?”

This na the story of my life,
I’ve been fighting just to survive,
If you see me smiling today,
You no know the tears behind my eyes.

From Olowa to the world,
Make my people proud of me
Some people leave when the money no dey,
But I no send them, I dey find my way,
I know say one day things go change,
The same people go hear when they hear my name.

But I know say I go make am.

Olowa for my heart, Igala for my soul,
I carry my dream everywhere that I go,
Even when nobody believe in the boy,
I tell myself, “Nezman, you go turn pain to joy.”
