Catch That Groove
Every word, written by AI.
Intro
(Rhythmic acoustic guitar strumming over a heavy 808 kick drum)
Yeah, turn the bass up a little bit...
Feel that kick in your chest.
Here we go.
[Verse 1]
Put your glass down, step up to the floor
Leave all your worries right outside the door
Got a rhythm bumping deep inside the sub
Got the whole room moving to the same warm pulse
You know how we do it when the weekend calls
We ain't sitting down, no, we're bouncing off the walls
[Pre-Chorus]
Feel the slide in your feet, feel the snap in your hands
Every soul in the room understands
When the guitar hits with that R&B sway
We're gonna dance the night away
[Chorus]
Catch that groove, move your body to the beat
Spin around, bring the heat, feel the rhythm in your feet
We got that country soul, heavy bass, smooth flow
Yeah, you know we're never taking it slow
Just catch that groove!
(Yeah, catch that groove!)
[Verse 2]
Hold my hand now, give a little twist
Song like this, man, you know you can't miss
Electric guitar cutting right through the bass
Ain't nobody standing in the same old place
You got the smooth moves, I got the rhythm right
We're gonna keep on moving till the morning light
[Pre-Chorus]
Feel the slide in your feet, feel the snap in your hands
Every soul in the room understands
When the guitar hits with that R&B sway
We're gonna dance the night away
[Chorus]
Catch that groove, move your body to the beat
Spin around, bring the heat, feel the rhythm in your feet
We got that country soul, heavy bass, smooth flow
Yeah, you know we're never taking it slow
Just catch that groove!
[Bridge]
(Bass drops out, crisp snare and acoustic strumming only)
Clap your hands if you feel the vibration...
(Clap-clap, clap-clap)
Now bring that 808 back in!
Two steps to the left, two steps to the right
We came to dance all night!
[Chorus]
Catch that groove, move your body to the beat
Spin around, bring the heat, feel the rhythm in your feet
We got that country soul, heavy bass, smooth flow
Yeah, you know we're never taking it slow
Just catch that groove!
[Outro]
Yeah, just like that.
Keep moving... keep spinning...
Country soul, baby.
(Fades out with driving 808 kick and acoustic guitar riff)
How this edm & electronic song was made.
“Catch That Groove” is an AI-generated EDM & Electronic song with vocals, 3:22 long. It was created in Octa from one short text description: the lyrics, melody, vocal performance, arrangement and mix were all generated from that idea, then published by @Randy Packard to the Octa community in October 2026.
The arrangement is built around a build and a drop: filtered synths and a rising sweep, then the kick and bass land together and the whole room opens. The lyrics on this page are the exact words the AI wrote and sang for this track.

“modern country R&B, dance groove, Upbeat modern country R&B dance groove at 115 BPM with a driving 808 bass kick, crisp snare, rhythmic acoustic guitar, Hammond organ accents, clean electric guitar fills, soulful vocal runs, an energetic chorus and a polished production.”
