How this rap & hip-hop track was made.
“Hopeless” is an AI-generated Rap & Hip-Hop instrumental, 2:17 long. It was created in Octa from one short text description: the arrangement, instruments, mix and cover art were all generated from that idea, then published by @THATHUG to the Octa community in September 2026.
The vocal sits right on top of the beat and the words do the work; notice how the hook comes back word for word so it sticks after one listen.
The prompt behind it
“Symphonic Hip Hop, Rap, Dope symphony hip hop beat with turntable scratching, dramatic strings and violins, hardcore heavy bass, mic effects, an extended outro ride-out, male rap verses, and a soulful female chorus”
