How this rock track was made.
“MAYA CHAKKARAM” is an AI-generated Rock instrumental, 4:23 long. It was created in Octa from one short text description: the arrangement, instruments, mix and cover art were all generated from that idea, then published by @aruldevan395 to the Octa community in October 2026.
Guitars are stacked left and right, the drums feel played rather than programmed, and the energy builds from verse to chorus the way a live band pushes it.
The prompt behind it
“Carnatic progressive rock, Indian classical fusion, Carnatic raga melodic phrasing, veena and tanpura drone, thavil percussion accents, konnakol-inspired rhythmic patterns carried by percussion, progressive rock electric guitar, experimental fusion textures, upbeat driving groove, intricate odd-meter feel, dreamlike introspective mood, sweeping cinematic arc, wide stereo mix, warm analog reverb, instrumental, no, 124”
