Morning ritual movement

Welcome

A new day is here.

Take a deep breath.

Wake up.

Feel your body becoming alive.

Feel your energy rising through you.

Feel the woman within you awakening.

She is ready to take her place.

Your place.

In your life.
In your work.
In your relationships.
In the world.

There is space for you here.

Space for your energy.
Space for your vision.
Space for your creativity.
Space for your gifts.

Feel them waking up inside you.

Let your body move.

Let your hips sway.
Let your shoulders soften.
Let your spine open.
Let your chest expand.

Feel the rhythm entering your body.

Move with pleasure.
Move with presence.
Move with freedom.

Your body knows how to express your energy.

Let it speak.
Let it breathe.
Let it dance.

You are movement.
You are energy.
You are creation.

There is a creative force within you.

A feminine force filled with life, intuition, sensuality and expression.

Feel this force moving through you.

Your body is alive with creative energy.

Your intuition is speaking.

Listen.

Feel what is calling you.
Feel what wants to move through you today.
Feel what wants to be created through you.

Let yourself follow your inner rhythm.

You are here to participate in life.

To bring your energy into the world.

Through your ideas.
Through your talents.
Through your work.
Through your art.
Through your movement.
Through your voice.
Through the way you love.
Through the way you express yourself.

Your energy is meant to move.

Your gifts are meant to be expressed.

Your creativity is meant to be felt.

Your presence is meant to be experienced.

You carry something uniquely yours.

Your way of seeing.
Your way of creating.
Your way of expressing.

You are already carrying something valuable.

You.

Feel the truth of that in your body.
Feel your feminine power opening.
