Funk N Brass 2088
How this edm & electronic track was made.
“Funk N Brass 2088” is an AI-generated EDM & Electronic instrumental, 2:26 long. It was created in Octa from one short text description: the arrangement, instruments, mix and cover art were all generated from that idea, then published by @ronegilbert620 to the Octa community in October 2026.
The arrangement is built around a build and a drop: filtered synths and a rising sweep, then the kick and bass land together and the whole room opens.
The prompt behind it
“future jazz fusion, modern nu-jazz crossover, jazz-funk influences, Rhodes electric piano, warm analog synth pads, fretless bass, live-feel drum kit with syncopated hi-hats, brushed snare ghost notes, Afrobeat-leaning percussion, shimmering pitch-bent synth lead, fast driving groove, energetic lively feel, futuristic yet soulful mood, instrumental, no, wide stereo image, crisp modern mix with spacious reverb”
