Untitled Dark R&B
How this edm & electronic track was made.
“Untitled Dark R&B” is an AI-generated EDM & Electronic instrumental, 2:48 long. It was created in Octa from one short text description: the arrangement, instruments, mix and cover art were all generated from that idea, then published by @Jewel Lake to the Octa community in November 2026.
The arrangement is built around a build and a drop: filtered synths and a rising sweep, then the kick and bass land together and the whole room opens.
The prompt behind it
“dark R&B, contemporary dark R&B beat, late-night moody atmosphere, 115 BPM mid-tempo groove, syncopated kick and snapping snare, rolling hi-hats with triplet fills, deep 808 sub-bass, sparse detuned Rhodes chords, dark synth pads, smoky warm keys, subtle vinyl crackle texture, lush reverb and wide stereo, tight punchy low end, sultry cinematic mood, instrumental, no vocals”
